2. Payment

  • Payments must be made in full before items are shipped or 50% deposit before work begins on bespoke orders.

3. Bespoke Orders

  • Bespoke jewellery is made to order and is non-refundable.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your order.
  • Once designs are agreed upon and work has started, changes may incur additional costs.

  • Issi O Jewellery retains all intellectual property rights in the design of bespoke pieces. The client is purchasing the finished item, not the design itself. Designs may not be reproduced, replicated, or commissioned elsewhere without prior written permission.

  • Issi O Jewellery reserves the right to photograph and share bespoke pieces for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping within the UK only.
  • Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your items are tracked and insured.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand or external circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • For returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns Policy.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.

6. Repairs and Adjustments

  • We offer repairs for items purchased from Issi O Jewellery. Fees may apply depending on the nature of the repair.
  • If a repair is required due to incorrect wear, a quote will be provided for the cost of the repair.
