Returns Policy

Each piece of Issi O Jewellery is thoughtfully handmade, often to order or specially for you. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please read the following information carefully before placing an order.

Non-returnable items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Made-to-order jewellery

Bespoke or custom commissions

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Rings made to your specific size

These pieces are created especially for you and cannot be resold.

Conditions for returns
Where a return or exchange is agreed:

You must notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition

Exchanges are offered at my discretion

Returning your item

Returns are made at the buyer’s own risk

I strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the item is fully insured against loss or damage

Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or if an error has been made on my part

Faulty items 
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Where appropriate, I will offer a repair or replacement.
